What Delko is
Delko is a personal customer-relationship tool for individual automotive salespeople and brokers. Subscribers pay a monthly fee for an account; the customers they serve never pay us anything.
Your account and your data
The contacts, notes, and records you create in Delko are yours. You can export them at any time — including after you cancel — and you can delete your account, which permanently erases your data. We will never hold your book of business hostage.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Delko lawfully: only contact people who have agreed to hear from you, honor every opt-out immediately, and only add customers you personally have a relationship with. Don't import your employer's CRM database or anyone else's customer lists — that protects you as much as us. You're responsible for the content of the messages you send.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, starting after your free trial ends. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges, and your account becomes read-only with export always available. If a payment fails, you have a grace period to update your card before the account becomes read-only.
Third-party connections
If you connect Facebook or other platforms, your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms, and you're responsible for complying with them. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes Delko's access.
The honest disclaimers
Delko is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we aren't liable for lost profits or deals. Delko is a tool — selling the car is still on you. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll flag significant changes in the app.
